Please Note:
--Reservations are required for daycare.  Without a reservation daycare is on a space available basis.
--For morning half-day guests, there will be a $2.00 fee for every five (5) minutes past 1:00PM your dog stays in daycare.  After 2 hours the full-day daily daycare rate will apply.
--For all full-day guests and afternoon half-day guests, there will be a $2.00 fee for every five (5) minutes after 7:00PM (4:00PM on Saturday) your dog is not picked up.
--Any dog not picked up by 7:30PM (4:30PM on Saturday) will be charged an additional sleep-over stay.
--We offer early drop-off and late pick-up during non-business hours by appointment only.  A $10.00 after hours fee will be added to final charges for each appointment.  This service is available everyday between 6:00AM and 10:00PM. 



Daycare Cancellation Policy:
If you need to cancel daycare, just call to let us know.  There is no penalty as long as we get a phone call or message by the time we are open that morning.  If there is no call and a no-show an applicable daycare charge will be assessed to your account.
