Please Note:
--Reservations are required for all sleep-over stays.  Without a reservation sleep-over stays are on a space available (walk-in) basis.
--Reservations for sleep-over stays require a non-refundable deposit of $37.00 (per dog).
--Each sleep-over stay includes one full-day of daycare the following day.
--Check-in time(s) for sleep-overs are between 6:00PM and 7:00PM (3:00PM to 4:00PM on Saturdays).
--Dogs scheduled to be dropped off between 1:00PM and 6:00PM for sleep-over stays will be charged one (1) additional half-day of daycare.
--Dogs scheduled to be dropped off between 7:00AM and 1:00PM for sleep-over stays will be charged one (1) additional full-day of daycare.
--We offer early drop-offs and late pick-ups during non-business hours by appointment only.  A $10.00 after hours fee will be added to final charges for each appointment. This service is available everyday between 6:00AM and 10:00PM.
--Sleep-over stays exceeding three (3) nights may require 50% down payment at time of drop-off and the remaining 50% at pick-up.


Sleep-Over Stay Cancellation Policy:
If you need to cancel a sleep-over reservation please call us as soon as possible!  An additional sleep-over charge will be assessed for each night we do not get a phone call or message by 6:00PM (starting on the day your dog was scheduled to arrive).
